Your data is stored on our database and within Cliniko, a secure booking and medical note platform used by the clinic. No one has access to this information other than the practitioner and clinic owner.
 

 

Your data is required to confirm it is you we are communicating with and that your personal details relate to you and not someone of similar name. Appointment confirmation will be made through your email address .
 

 

You do have the right to have your data removed from the clinic database at any point. This can be done by contacting the clinic via email with your request.
